Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time, which will be noted in the product description.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

- Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
We currently ship to all U.S. states and territories.
International Shipping

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Sun-Kissed Eyewear & Accessories is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the carrier’s possession.
If your package shows as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Reshipping fees may apply.
